Our home base is in Wheat Ridge but were willing to travel anywhere within CO, if its over 50miles, travel expense will be included in the quote and if the event ends after midnight sleeping accommodations will need to be taken into consideration.

If your space or venue already has a bar set up we will that, but for now we have a humble fold out table that can be customized and styled to match your event ascetic, including tablecloth color, menu design, and tasteful additions like flowers, decals or banners.

Yes, Big World Services LLC, is a licensed, insured legal entity in CO and bartenders will have recommended certificates including TIPS and food safe handling for garnishes and syrups.

We have a health-forward approach, keeping up with the latest science available. When making mixers and syrups and garnishes no plastic or toxic materials are used in preparation, storing, or service. We use recyclable cups, napkins, and straws with options for compostable products. We are currently looking at how to use our food scraps for a no waste, sustainable business.

Every event is unique and costs depend on a lot of factors, such as guest count, hours of service, customizations etc. We are here to guide you in the right direction based on your needs and budget. On average we try to have each drink come out to $3-$6.

The best answer we can provide right now is what events DON'T we do, which would be none. We are a new business, so we are currently focusing on smaller scale and intimate events <75 people as of now, so no occasion is too small. If you have a larger event on the horizon please ask, as long as we know we can provide 100% quality standards we are open to anything.
